Dates

The opening date is March 21st, 2024, the early deadline is September 1st, 2024, and the extended deadline is September 24th. The notification date is September 26th, and the award ceremony will be held on October 25th.

Rules & Terms

It is the responsibility of producers, distributors or other parties to ensure that they are legally authorized to participate in the Festival. By entering their work at the Festival , the participant declares holder of all rights and copyright (including any co-authors), including those relating to any material inserted in his work. English subtitles are welcome for works in the original language.

Those who submits works on behalf of the authors or compositors must indicate the names and references of all the authors or compositors.

The Festival will not be held responsible for the unauthorized incorporation of any copyrighted material within the work presented. The material sent will be kept in the archives of Bagogo Film Festival, and will not be returned. The Festival reserves the right to disqualify any film containing any unauthorized incorporation of copyrighted materials.

Permits

By entering the Festival you accept the regulation and authorizes Bagogo Film Festival:

- use your contributions for projections, LIVE, website, TV programs for promotional purposes of the festival and the author.

- keep a copy in its archives.
